Abstract
The CASI4CCAM framework enables decentralized data processing and real-time analytics, allowing autonomous vehicles (AVs) and infrastructure to share information seamlessly enhancing situational awareness and decision-making. It implements Absolute Zero Trust (AZT) protocols for quantum-safe cybersecurity to safeguard the ecosystem against emerging cyber threats, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
The ATMS optimizes traffic flow reduces congestion/accidents in confined environments like airports/malls and is scalable to urban areas. This system integrates a Digital License Plate (DLP) that operates as a V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) gateway also serving the circular economy as an auctionable NFT (Non-Fungible Token) to build a sustainable self-funding business model. Moreover, CASI4CCAM emphasizes ethical AI governance by establishing DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) to oversee AI systems with transparency & accountability,. The project aims to enhance user acceptance through human-centric design, creating intuitive interfaces that improve user experience and societal benefits.
Overall, CASI4CCAM sets a new standard for CCAM by leveraging advanced technologies, robust security frameworks, and sustainable business models to address current gaps and anticipate future developments. 18 partners develop, test & validate 4 use cases to position the project at the forefront of future mobility solutions for a safer, efficient, and environmentally sustainable transportation ecosystem that aligns with the EU's Vision 2050 goals.
